Living close to the beach in Spain is a popular option for expats and there is a wide range of property for sale in Spain with sea views for all tastes and budgets. We would definitely want to stay there again on our next trip to Madrid.Before you know it, summer will be here again, but in the meantime we certainly haven't stopped dreaming of heading to the sea and enjoying what the Spanish coast has to offer. Our two-week stay included a cleaning after one week, which we much appreciated. Gorete and Nisbeth, her assistant, are super nice and helpful. There’s a small supermarket around the corner, and also a great bakery-cafe with friendly staff where we had breakfast every morning. We ate at a different restaurant every night and never had to walk more than 10 minutes. Easy walk to all major museums and parks. ![]() The apartment is up two flights of stairs, but there’s an elevator that takes you half a flight from its door. ![]() It is very well equipped with all modern conveniences: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer (not commonly found in most apartments), air conditioning, and a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher). The place is super clean and very quiet (in part due to not facing the street, which itself is quiet). Two of us shared this two-bedroom two-bath apartment for two weeks.
